Is OCUK actually open?

Tried to get through to their sales team yesterday and say on hold for ~45 minutes before giving up. So far been on hold for ~15 minutes, going to give up soon again.

Anyone actually spoken to OCUK or received an order from them recently?

Several people in other threads have said they have been on hold for anything between 1 & 3 hours before either giving up or being cut off.

Think they are a bit overrun ATM with work. Perhaps try dropping a webnote, or posting in customer service section of the forum if you have a query.

OCUK are open but they're pretty swamped on the phones and IIRC working under covid restrictions which slows things down a bit.
