Is OCUK Open?

Quick question: is OCUK open today? I have been trying to ring them all day but the message says they are shut.

Their socials all seem to be posting as normal, no mention of weather closures or anything.

Thank you. That section of the forum just takes me to the contact page to submit a web ticket, which I did several days ago. Just can't seem to call them as they state they are closed for some reason. Anyone got the inside? Weather closures ?

Hey - we've had to temporarily close the phones today due to unforeseen circumstances, but they'll be back open tomorrow.

The team are still working though and responding to all tickets submitted via our help & support section.

Tip Top, I'll try again tomorrow. Got a little concerned as I couldn't find anything on your socials or webpage regarding if you were closed or not. Thanks for the update. *thumbsup*
