If so, couldn't one buy this card cheap and then swap out the cooler with something like an EK kit?

Also, running it as a stock config, how does it perform? Obviously loud and hot (similar to FE?). Seems like a good value proposition.
 
Yes, that one. Are there any reviews of this card available? Seems like a good buy if I plan to get an EK kit by the end of the year.
