OCZ did produce some good PSUs, but unfortunately this isn't one of them.
Personally, I wouldn't buy that. My dad had one of those so I have firsthand experience of it. It is a very light unit (I've seen heavier paperweights) and the cables are pretty thin/non braided - cable management was not fun.
It only outputs 444W on the 12V rails as well. For an office PC it would probably be OK, but I wouldn't stick it in a gaming PC. For reference, they used to sell new for ~£35.
I can't actually remember which ones were made by a decent OEM. Back in the day, OCZ did release some very good units. That PSU probably would power your hardware, but the issue is that you don't know what it's been used for before.
If it was straight out of a basic office PC that wasn't on 24/7, it's probably OK. If someone's been using it in a gaming system or OC'd build, then it could have been over-stressed by running it close to it's limits.
