Is one core more likely to fail before the others?

Not really sure of the implications of such a failure other than a failed CPU that would need replacing, but as Core#0 tends to work harder than the rest of them, does it fail before the other cores? Do Intel/AMD do anything to build more robustness into the #0 Core?

On prime 95 core #4 stopped first on a low voltage OC run that I did. This is worker 5 out of 6. Upping the volts a notch prevented it but I now have a cooler that covers the CPU so I don't know if this was a cooling or volts only problem or a weaker core. I have not noticed a particular core failing first as this only happened once. Observing core usage on a windows 7 gadget (not terribly accurate), all cores appear random in their use. One would expect, the more cores, the greater chance of one being less strong.
