Mushkin 2GB DDR EM3200 Enhanced Performance Dual Channel Kit (2x1GB) CAS3 (991461) (MY-006-MK)
Asus A8N-SLi SE nForce4 SLi (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-101-AS)

I just built a new system and the memmory and mobo are listed above. One of the modules works fine if u slot it in on its own... however the other module wont work either on its own or in combination with the one that does work. Does this mean that that module is knackered? or is there something i can try changing to get it to work?

the mushkin ram wont boot in my other pc either but that has an asus a8n-sli premium.

I think one of the sticks is just knackered, im gonna have to phone OcUK up tommorow... i hope they will replace it.

I really doubt its a voltage issue, not with one module posting and not the other.

If you set Vdimm at 2.8V in your BIOS, test the bad module, that will rule out voltage problems.

thanks... i tried dropping DDR voltage to 2.8v but still no luck.

Will have to send it back... i hope ocuk will be able to send me a replacement... think i will choose a different make tho this time :)
