Can this cpu be overclocked using the Ninja Cooler, or would it get to hot for this cooler? And what kind of Overclock is possible if any at all? I was hoping to get to 400MHZ FSB. :)

I guess you want to run the Ninja passively?

I ran my E6300 at 7x480 (3.36GHz) with a Sythe Ninja no problems. Temps were around 60C under load and only a couple of degrees cooler with a fan fitted to it. However, the airflow in my case is VERY good and I was in a cool room. If your case environment is not up to scratch then don't even try it as the Ninja will struggle on that kind of overclock.

A lot is really down to you and what temps you are happy with, some people rund their C2Ds under load in the high 60's and providing the system is stable they are happy. Me personally I'd want my temps fairly low, say nothing over 50 and would sacrifice overclock for that.
