4.5ghz with an i5 3570k seems to be popular.

i will read up on my board later with some rough guides and then come on here and annoy you guys :)

so when i set the multiplier to 42 i just gradually up the core voltage bit by bit?

ones question...

if the pc crashes . i just reset the cmos? and start again?

i will try and set 1.25v and multipler to 42 when i get home. should i download prime95 and test this in windows?

once im happy that its stable should i then push for a high OC?

im gona set it to 1.25v and the multi to 42 and ifs its stable i will leave a stress test while i watch the football.

It's not working. It was working before I installed my GPU a couple of weeks ago. It doesn't work now at all. Tried everything

right im in the middle of it and tbh im enjoying it. yes for my first time it is a melt but its fun.

i watched this video today...

i followed step by step and taking the advice. im 28 minutes into it.

running my second test.

vcore set to 1.100 but on cpu-z its jumping from 1.100 to 1.126.

its sitting at 4.0 ghz my max temp is about 57.

any futher advice is welcome. :)
