Is posting links to sites that sell stuff that isn't competing with OCUK allowed?

Wanted to link to a bundle that's relevant to a few people but thought best to double check first. The bundle contains e-learning resources (books, exercises, software). Is this ok? and doesn't fall foul of:

Posting links to computer related products at general retailers

No, it's a charity site that afaik only sells games, software, e-books and other digital assets.

don't advertise stuff, it's irritating.
- even if it's a charity you believe in
- especially if it's a referral
- never make a thread just for the purpose of linking something
- it had better be on topic

It was going to be an on topic in thread reply (no affiliate) related to the current discussion of the thread. Someone has already guessed the source, although it isn't a game.
