Is PS3 region free?

Is my 40gb PS3 (UK version) region free or are PS3's locked?

PS3 Games: Yes
DVD/Blu-Ray: Nope, though some Blu-Ray discs are multi-region (quite a few), big list somewhere
PS2 Games: Nope (though 40Gb so doesn't really matter!)

region 2 for dvd, region B for blu ray
