Is 'seldomly' a word?

I'm getting conflicting answers all over the place.

I'm guessing that it isn't a word since it's already an adverb.

If there was such a word, its meaning and usage would be no different to "seldom", AFAIK.

Which is incorrect.

You may seldom swear, but you cannot swear seldomly, or seldomly swear. As it is not a word.
