Is shaped still classed as uncapped?

Thats quite funny when you categorically state that "shaping" is only done by customers on egress. Many ISPs use traffic shaping (using Cisco terminology) on their GW/PE router to tier down traffic to a lower bandwith that suits the customers budget and allows flexibility in terms of easy up/downgrades.

I think some business ISP's dont do traffic shapping but you will pay more for being with a business customer based ISP
