Is something broke?

I have an E5200 that had the stock intel cooler; Temps; Idle[43.c] Load[60.c] i was planning on overclocking it a little so i bought an Artic Freezer 7 PRO, the temps are now Idle[43.c] and load[50.c].
Whats worrying me is that the lowest temps from both coolers is 43.c my motherboard is an MSI neo-f P43.

Any ideas?

I tried it out of the case when i first fitted it and then in the case;
Front 120mm intake,
Side 360mm intake,
120mm exhaust.
PSU exhaust.

Both 43.c

Cant as far as Im aware, stuck sensors seems to be quite common nowadays.

If your temps dont change from an open build to inside ur case I would say your case flow isnt too great, although the fans you listed seem adequate.

From my experience the Artic Freezer 7 PRO isnt that much better than stock cooling, so ur temp drops seem good to me.

The chip is still in warranty so i could probably send it back.
