Is something on its way out?

So I noticed this new pulse like sound coming from my PC when the graphics card is under load.
It's noticable with the case closed. I opened it to better capture the sound on video. It seems to be louder over by the motherboard and around the graphics card.
The loudness of the sound doesn't bother me. Just that its new, so I'm trying to identify if it means something is wrong or about to go.
Can anyone please advice?

I’ve tried a few things. Getting the fans to run at maximum or minimum speed or anywhere in between doesn’t cause the sound. I’ve also found that running the CPU at 100% whist the graphic card is idle doesn’t cause it either (Even though the fans run similar to how they would when the graphics card is at 100% as they’re all on the same water loop.) The pump is always running at 100% too, so I'm sure the sound would be consistant if it was that. The only time it makes that sound is when the graphics card is under load. Could it be the graphics card? It has no fans, never has. Why would the graphics card be making that sound?

Its a bit difficult to pinpoint where that sound is coming from.

Try underclocking/power limiting your gpu a bit, maybe to 80%. Check if that makes any difference. It does sound like your gpu is doing some odd coil whine when under load.

Either that, or your water pump is starting to deteriorate.
