I cant connect to PSN, can't play online & can't sign in to store. I keep getting 80710092 error

I just turned mine on and it signed in OK.

Try doing the connection tests in the Network settings is all I can suggest for now.

Can't think of anything else specific atm, and I am too tired to think anymore atm.

Yeah but that thing is as reliable as the 360 network status/msn network status/ISP status pages etc!!!
