IS STEAM DOWN FOR ANYONE ELSE?

I closed steam to restart it and when I double click on the steam icon on desktop nothing at all happens now, very weird,never had this before?
 
I checked my drives and for some reason I lost 5gb on my c drive, steam wasn't reacting at all, did a quick restart of my pc and now gained the 5gb I somehow lost and steam working again, very strange lol all fine now though :)
