Is Steam down today?

Hi, is anyone else having problems getting into Steam?

Since these new maps for TF2 were released I have not been able to login or even get on to the valve website.

Anyway, in the meantime I've starting playing Stalker again, and oh boy, it run so smoothly compared to how I remember it, or maybe I've been playing too much crysis.

Cheers, but this means that something must be up with my account. First hassle I have had with steam. I hope I can resolve it quickly as I am keen to see these new TF2 maps.
