is the 545 cpu unlockable ?

Try it, you seem to have the right mobo and processor, all you have to lose is having to reset cmos.
Sig should be max is 4 lines of std text.
When you say unlockable are you talking about the multiplier?
If you are then the 545 is locked, only the black edition's have unlocked multipliers (upwards).
You should be able to decrease and raise the FSB though

As RJC says are you referring to the multiplier?
Or are you referring to unlocking cores?
if you are referring to cores, then since it is based off the phenom 2 you can possibly unlock an additional 2 cores (as long as you get a good chip)
