Is the athlon silver 3050u good?

I was impressed with a computer i built using the athlon 3000g and while that is desktop, are the laptop athlons impressive as well?
 
Nothing wrong with it, pretty mediocre dual core and low power laptop cpu though. It's Zen+ based so plenty of performance for what it is. Nothing to write home about though :D

I have been looking at the N5000 which I think this is meant to be slighter better than, but this ryzen missing 2 more cores.
 
The N5000 is a quad core, but is very power limited so may not perform all that much better. There's very little out there in terms of benchmarks though.
