Is the FTP game on steam MicroVolts good?

Kinda off topic but what is FTP?
Free To Play. Normally reffered to as F2P to distunguish it from the File Transfer Protocol.
It's often abbreviated as 'F2P' even though it's more stupid.
As for Microvolts, I haven't played it but it looks like it's that Korean TF2 knock-off. I think it was named something different before and the classes had many more similaries (Sniper, Heavy weapons, etc).
