Is the response time a problem?

I'm looking to buy this monitor ( https://www.overclockers.co.uk/dell...reen-led-monitor-midnight-grey-mo-082-de.html ) But since I have a 1ms response 1080p I'm wondering if that would be a noticeable difference whilst playing CS:GO , battlefield and so on. would it really "lag" ?
