Is the Titan 8700i Pulse a good computer for gaming?

Hi,

I've got a budget of £550 (doesn't have to include monitor, keyboard, mouse etc), and would ideally like to buy a computer that can run Hearts of Iron 3 comfortably. Now, this game is a few years old, and the minimum requirements can be hit by almost any machine. The reality is, however, that the late-game will experience massive slowdown if you have a low-end computer- which renders it unplayable IMO.

I'm looking at the Titan 8700i Pulse ( http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-247-OE&groupid=43&catid=2385&subcat= ). The processor is fast, there's plenty of RAM, and it's within budget. Slight concerns over the graphics card but Hearts of Iron 3 isn't a graphic-intensive game.

So am I right in thinking this machine meets my needs? I don't know how to build my own computer so was looking for a pre-made (and pre-overclocked) one.

Yeah, I've got an OS.

I might be able to stretch to £600 and get the 7770. Is the difference that noticable between the 7770 and the 5450?

It's not really a question of needing to save more money- it's more a case of £600 is really all I am willing to spend on a PC. Especially as I will only play this one game on it- I really only want this game to run well, I'm not bothered about being able to play Crysis/Skyrim etc on it, I have the Xbox for that.
