Is there a Android version of iTunes?

If I just drag and drop my tunes on my HTC Desire HD then I will have to manually make a Audio List, is there an Android Version of the Itunes where most of the job is done?

I only need it for organising my Audio and Video files, not into downloading as I have my own stuff.

Don't think there is, well there isnt for lunix...

I think winamp for andoird has itunes playlist import well it apperently does.

same for the lock screen player its only a beta through

there are a few on the andoird market that can import itunes playlists but I dunno if that answers your question in full

How about DoubleTwist? This looks very similar to iTunes and apparently will handle iTunes play lists as well

Or, just use iTunes, and tunesync (or similar) app for the phone so you can OTA sync with your PC?

I still use iTunes with my Nexus One, made sense considering I already had the library from my iPhone and iPod.

I like to use the Winamp app on my Legend.

If you have another computer with Winamp on it your can synchronize your two Winamp libraries over wifi.
