Is there a backup system which does all this?

I'm looking for a backup system for client workstations which has the following features:

Takes daily image backups, not files and folders.
Uses block-level storage or similar to allow multiple recovery points.
Uses single-instance storage to remove data duplication across clients.
Allows bare metal restore of the images.
Allows file-level restore from within any recovery point image.
Allows recovery point images to be mounted as shadow copies for mass copying to external media for offsite backup.

Is there anything which actually offers all of this? It seems that there's a mixture of "home" and "office" based requirements here, with some features prevalent in one type of product or the other but not both. For example MS DPM does most of this but only allows bare metal backups of servers, not clients (and I'm not even sure you can extract files from BMR images). On the home side, MS WHS 2011 actually does a lot of these things but doesn't allow the images it takes to be mounted for mass file copying to external media.

If anyone has any suggestions?
