is there a beginners free form creator?

I need a form creator wizard for beginners so I can put forms on my website. Does a free version exist? Im finding word and tables to time consuming!

dunno if macromedia still do free trials for dreamweaver but if they do that would be ideal. Very easy to create simple forms in there if your a beginner.
