Is there a bottleneck in my setup?

Some games run fine, others don't. I don't run games on a high res as it's connected to my HD tv at 1360x768.

Specs:
AMD FX 8320 Eight Core @3.5ghz not overlocked
8GB DDR3 Can't remember the MHZ but i think its over 1300
ATI HD 7790 1GB DDR5
800 Watt PSU

The pc seems to struggle most at MMO games and FPS usually runs 85fps... FPS games run no problem and other single player games seem to run fine as well.
 
Currently I'm mostly on League of Legends, no real issue there with FPS or running the game i can broadcast it to twitch tv without any frameloss. The PC seems to struggle with WoW which actually put me off playing the game. Also tried out TERA online and my setup didn't like to run that either.
 
Not even lots of people you get lag spikes etc when moving. Fps sits around 55 when its going smooth then drops down. Example would be if i create a new character in the kung fu panda zone ( ^^ ) it also struggles there with the fps stated above.. Wonder if anything would be faulty as every now and then my screen also flashes, but only when i'm not in games.. just browsing etc
 
So far the best i've managed to get it is 4GHZ manual overclock and running on P95 Tried 4.2ghz and as soon as i started the prime test it crashed
