Is there a decent xeon cpu to replace my 3570k ?

What are you using it for?

Assuming you're happy with a little OC'in there's not many reasons take a xeon. Maybe if you just want raw multithread performance or do some visualization?

The only xeon chips that'll fit in your board are basically 3570 and 3770 non k clones. If gaming is your primary concern, then it would probably be a downgrade moving from an overc locked 3570k to a locked i7 like CPU.

As above, it depends on your usage but certainly for gaming there would be little point, especially since you can overclock the bejeebus out of the 3570k
