Whats the difference?
H+ is HSPA+ which is a form of 3G.
I'm pretty sure Android won't actually say 3G apart from when the phone is idling. It might show H which is HSPA, another form of 3G.

LTE 100 Mb/s
Obviously those are maximums and what you get will often be very different.
And LTE is 4G not 3G
