Is there a difference between these two 6950's?

Was going to order the Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6950 2048MB later on tonight,

This one in on offer today, MSI ATI Radeon HD 6950 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition 2048MB

Is there any difference between these two cards? can either be unlocked up to 6970? Is the power edition better?
Any help is much appreciated!

seems like only the Sapphire one can be unlocked.
MSI is overclocked a tad bit.

There's no guarantee that either will unlock.

Some have had luck unlocking the MSI and some haven't. See this thread.

Maybe this latest batch will unlock.

Jason2_uk may think the Sapphire will unlock because of this review but the card OcUK sell seems to be different.

You take your chances if unlocking is what you're hoping for.

The only thing you can guarantee is that the MSI is overclocked and they have different coolers.
