Is there a fault with my HAF X coolermaster case?

Hi

Ref: HAF X coolermaster case.

I have received this message from another PC builder RMA department:

Basically I sent them youtube videos. The case maker coolermaster said to return it to the PC builder.

I received support from: Coolermaster UK website.

I wouldn't of returned it back to the computer maker if the PC maker said it was fine?

Is there a fault with my coolermaster computer case? I'm also recontacting coolermaster to see what they have to say about the matter.

I was told "The side overhang of 1-2mm is sadly not being classed as a fault"

Coolermaster told me: most likely that there is something wrong with the frame of the HAF X because the panel wasn't flush with the bezel. On advice from coolermaster support I was told to return the PC.
 
Find a way around it. They won't re-fund you or accept a return for that, because you are just being fussy in my opinion. I thought I was bad but even I wouldn't bother with trying to chase that. :p
 
I wouldn't of returned it myself, I was going on the advice of coolermaster UK support.

I sent all these videos to coolermaster & the PC retailer. And was told to return the pc for inspection.
 
surely the pc wasnt supplied to you with the panel screwed to the case.. so have you removed the panel and are now unable to put it back into position for some reason?

i remember a couple of people at a place i worked at would just leave a bunch of wires in a complete mess down the side and use brute force to squash them with the panel sometimes bulging.. but that doesnt appear to be.... the case ;)
