Is there a FPS Starwars game?

Republic Commando is still pretty good. The weapons lack weight, but that's more a Star Wars problem than the game itself. The squad command system and the complete lack of light sabers is a bonus :)

Because the best thing about the Star Wars universe don't really lend themselves to FPS really. Not to mention the lack of Star Wars releases since the prequels means there has been a lack of games. We may see more once the new movies launch and it's in the public eye again.
 
Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy. Both are great and have a strong focus on FPS, with the lightsaber action taking place in 3rd person. In Jedi Outcast however you don't even get the lightsaber until a few levels in.
 
the cod4 starwars one is a good fun mod my mate made it. :D

he now works at codemasters on dirt/grid games.

there are servers up mod is easy to download just connect to server then it downloads mod.

Remember when forces 2 (jk) was only 2nd fiddle to quake online:)

That said, outcast and academy might have a basic look about them by 2015 standards, but their both functional enjoyable games.

As you're im sure aware, your about to be milked by Disney with a new fps for a number of successive years to keep you happy.
