Is there a Freesync IPS panel due?

Q

Remember that products such as this that are still in the design and development stage and are designed to be unique in many ways are almost always delayed, although as ASUS has cleverly not given an official release date yet it can't be considered 'delayed' at this stage. You don't have to look too far back (PG278Q) to see a good example of how things can be delayed quite considerably. If you're expecting it in April, prepare to be hugely disappointed.

I hope a 60hz 1440p IPS Freesync screen follows, i cant really justify the price premium of high refresh rates since im not a hardcore fps gamer.

I will only ever go free sync and so should nvidia its in display port standard and display port is the god farther of cables and let hdmi die already but yes i think the acer models support it and i think 2 or 3 possible models from asus officially.
