ok so im looking for vista gadget (doubt there is tho) or a program that can tell me what bandwidth is being used on the network, basicly when my sister is on the web my internet slows down a considerable amount, so i wanna see what she is using most and try to restrict it !!

im on sky router.
 
doubt it, the info would have to come from your router afaik. depending on the router, it might tell you on its config pages or even offer throttling or QoS services.
 
As tomos says it is unlikely. You'd need your router to give you this information really. There are programs that can do this locally but then your sister's PC wouldn't be able to show you that info to your PC. For the overall info your router would have to play ball.

Might be worth a thread in the networking forum. :)
 
You'll need to extract the sky username and password out of that router first, not to mention it breaks the T&C's of your sky contract.

Not that I have heard of anyone having a problem mind...
