Is there a handheld tablet (like ipad) running windows?

Ive seen the archos 9 which looks great but reviews are less appealing many talk of it being slow etc something i dislike.

My main use for this is windows and network managment out and about (i repair PC's and networks) and im trying to avoid having a full laptop yet dont want the expense of these twisty screen tablet laptops. I just want a big screen PDA really!

Anything fit that?

There are lots of twisty ones out, but I have not seen a iPad like one before, sure they must exist though.
