Just wondering if there is a kingston rep here as the USB sound card on my hyper X cloud II has stopped working, however the actual headset its self is fine.

Might be worth getting in touch with the retailer

overclockers recommended talking to Kingston for a replacement USB sound card instead of having to send everything back through them
