Is there a list of quietest units out there somewhere?

I'm looking at the Corsair RMi series (650/750) because I saw they were quiet and not much more money than the well known RMx units. Apparently they have a better fan. Thanks

Many will have Zero RPM up to 40-50% load.

Ended up plumping for the 850i as it was same money as the plain jane on here. Knowing my luck it'll be an older model on stealth clearance that's actually low tier or smt lol. According to a calculator app I used I'll be just shy of 50% most the time.
