Is there a live Facebook chat or contact for people who have had their Facebook account hacked and deleted in the process?

I originally posted this on r/facebook but within 10min I had 2 people phishing for my details telling me to contact their "friend" on Instagram.

Anyway a friend of mine had this happen to them and have asked for my help.

We've been able to retrieve the account but her profile which she's had for 10+yrs is now just an empty blank profile.

Of course she's absolutely devastated as all her family photos and contacts are now gone.

Is there anyway to contact Facebook directly to help restore a hacked and deleted facebook profile?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. She didn't realise you could download a copy of the profile.

Tried that and that's how we got it back.. but it's just a blank profile. Everything has vanished.

Tried downloading the profile data anyway?
Just in case their stuff hasn't yet been deleted from there?

No. I haven't tbh. I just figured that it would be empty.

Also try looking for cached pages
on their devices
And on the Internet too

Well.. Facebook advised during the recovery process to empty internet browser cache just incase of any lingering malicious cookies.
