Is there a memtest for windows?

Been trying to use my boot disk but the system just restarts when memtest is starting, tried disabling usb legacy support and the same thing occurs. Is thEre a windows version or something similar as i suspect my ram might be a bit dodgy, again

Ty scaning now, no errors so far. last bsod i got was a cl;ock interrupt error, mgith be worth while reinstaling windows as this b3 revision board replaced the original p67, could be causing the error.
