Most of us have Windows PCs. Most of us also have smartphones or tablets or both, be they Apple or Android. In the case of failure of our Windows PCs it would be very useful to create a bootable USB stick - Windows or Linux on those smartphones or tablets. Is there such a utility?
Is there a mobile app to write bootable ISO to USB stick?

Don't think there is. Why not create one on a working PC?

If make a ventoy USB stick you can add as many bootable ISOs as neededb with a neat menu to pick which one to use.
