Hi there peeps,
I just got my first build sorted out with a few problems along the way (Bios update that needed 60 pound from a shop lol)
Anyway's as this is my first build i dont have much knowledge as im just sort of learning as i go along so ill give ya what i know
Windows Vista 64Bit
ASUS M4A79 Deluxe
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
OCZ Reaper 4 GIG blister - OCZ2RPR10664GK
1TB Caviar Black HDD
1 GIG XFX 4890 HD
850W Thermaltake PSU Modular
Now the problem i have is this, i actually feel that my computer is not running the way it should seems a little slow and a lot of the times it will hang and give me a not responding error which i feel can not be correct for a new system right? I also have tried installing a game i play and when i click the installation file it takes like 5 mins just to load up? i thought being quite a powerful processor there wouldnt be a issue with this kind of thing?
Iv also installed the drivers i found for my mobo, apart from the ones that did not install
what ill do is put the screenshots of CPUZ i have on here also as i have noticed that my ram says 400 at the end not 1066??
Any help would be much appreciated
