Is there a problem?

I have the "MSI GeForce GTX 670 OC Twin Frozr Power Edition"

with usually a room temp of 20ish or under and a good wind flow around the room. (jumpers = win)

I have been seeing people having there temps with max load <62c.

But mine has always been reaching 70/80 when gaming (not AB overclocked)

would you guys think there is an overheat problem?

You MSI after burner to control your fan.. maybe its staying at s low speed..

Whats your case air intake/flow like? Does sound a bit high for such a card.

I have set it to a 1.1 speed so i can usually hear it as it increase's until it maxes out at one of the above temps (loud) ^^

I am using the Corsair 600T with the front hdd holding removed (stock case fans)

If you're using a custom fan profile, that's probably your problem. It should be fine on auto settings.

I had it on auto when it was in my last case. (Cosmos S)

It reached 90+ even hit 100 at one point.

Still seems a bit high for a non ref card in a pretty well cooled case. Im running a wf 670 with a very high oc in a case with appaling front air intake, max it hits in game is 65c on auto fan.

Yeah, maybe some dodgy thermal paste. You could probably fix it yourself but then you risk voiding warranty.

Not normal and thermal paste needs replacing or card needs RMAing.

Yeah thnx guys, knew something was off. going to see if i can rma it but knowing me i would probably void the warranty if i tried to repair it

Damn a lot of MSI cards are way too hot.
