Hey all,
This is a bit of a strange request, so I'll explain the background to it first.
I had the last day of school last week, as I'm sure many have, and as a result have acquired many photos of friends, some of whom I may never see again. Coincidentally, right now, I haven't got a mouse mat as until now I've managed without. Now it just so happened I saw an advert for custom made mousemats on http://www.tshirtstudio.com/ whom I was going to use for a custom t-shirt and mug anyway.
So, to cut to the point of this thread, I have lots of various sized pictures I need to arrange in a 20cm X 24cm rectangle as efficiently as possible. Is there some program (or a function in Photoshop) that will show me how to get as many in as possible, and perhaps even one that will calculate possible combinations with some pictures shrunk/enlarged to help them fit better.
It's a long shot, but your thoughts please
EDIT: Should this be in here or the software forum?
