Not unless you have a Corsair psu that is compatible with their Link software. Some older psu's come with a fan rpm cable that you can plug into a fan header on the motherboard and read the rpm in the bios and by software such as HWMonitor. As long as a psu is a decent one and it has access to good airflow it's largely irrelevant as there is nothing you can do about it anyway. A psu fan will run as fast as is needed to keep the unit within safe operating temps. Many of the new quality psu's even have a zero rpm fan mode these days where the fan only kicks in at a certain load or temp. Your new Seasonic Focus psu is one of these.
