Sadly no, there are plug ins for WMC but they dont allow you to pause etc... you can pick up a TV Tuner for your PC. These come in the form of PCI add-in cards or USB dongles. These will allow you to pause and rewind etc with WMC. They come in around £15 - £60.

Yeah i'm gonna pick up a capture card if I can find one within budget and just feed my V+ through it but just needed a temporary fix
