Is there a reliable way to stop Windows 10 upgrading to Windows 11 without completely disabling Windows Update?

I guess the subject says it all.

I bought a little Dell Optiplex and one of the ham radio software packages I need to use doesn't play nicely on Windows 11 so I've installed Windows 10 Professional.

When I search for methods of stopping the Windows 11 upgrade, pretty much all the instructions are just for disabling Windows Update entirely. I don't want to do that, I still want to get Windows 10 updates but just not upgrade to Windows 11.

Is there a good, reliable way to stop Windows 10 from upgrading to Windows 11 please?

Ta.

Interesting, I've not seen a system automatically install 11 yet though some people complain it has - it does do that annoying thing though of post some updates downloading the initial install of 11 and starting the updater with the option to stay on 10 visually obscured to try and trick people into it though :(

Unfortunately for some uses you pretty much have to install Windows Update Blocker and only update manually when convenient to you due to Windows being developed by talentless **** wits.

I disabled TPM in the BIOS.

That'll do nicely.
