Is there a secure web host for Excel files?

SWMBO needs to place an Excel spreadsheet on a secure internet site so that it is (fully) accessible by three secretaries from different companies.

She tried "Convenient Calendars" but that site won't host Excel, so she is looking for something similar. It might also need to be relatively new, or less well known, as the company she works for block a lot of external access.

Any help would be appreciated. :cool:
 
She works for a company and I presume this is company-related, so the first thing I'd do is speak to the IT dept. and see if they can host it somewhere with a password.

Failing that I'd use Dropbox and ask them to unblock it from her PC if indeed it's blocked. She needs it professionally so they might well oblige?

I don't think they will Robbie. I'll mention Dropbox to her, but the situation is that her boss has his own (multi-national and multi company) interests, in addition to working for his main employer.

Although his main employer does know about his other interests he wants to keep them separate, and Gill needs some way of having his schedules/expenses etc. accessible to a secretary in South Africa and Australia, with those secretaries able to amend them as necessary.


Edit: Thanks Robbie. Dropbox is available to her. It is blocked in general, but her level gives her access to it. She says it looks perfect! Thank you. :cool:
