Is there a way of finding out what time my system BSOD'ed

As the title says really. I left my rig running P95 8k tests when I left for work this morning and I've come back now to find it must have BSOD'ed and restarted. Is there a way of finding out what time it might have happened?

I'll check the event log viewer when I get back again tonight. I suppose unstable is unstable but it would be nice to see how long it ran for

Checked the event viewer and it was running for 40 mins... I'm never changing PSU again lol!
