Is there a way of knowing when your computer was assembled/first used?

ATT, I'm on an office HP here. Would there be something somewhere on C:/ that tells me when it was build or first used etc?

If it's never been reformatted and windows installed again you might be able to find out the date of the last installation. I'm on Vista atm, but on XP I think it was under computer properties.

type systeminfo at a command prompt will give you install date and lots of other interesting info as well.
