Is there a way to do this? *n00b question*

Hi all,

I've got an idea of how I want my website to be, I've made it in photoshop, exactly the layout that I want.

Now what I want to know is, is there a way of importing that into something like Dreamweaver to make it into a webpage that can be linked etc?
