Is There a Way to Learn PPC without Spending Lots of Money?

Is there a way of learning PPC and getting good at it without having to spend lots of money on the ads themselves?

Google have got some free courses I think, some of it's just about getting online generally but may be worth a look.

there's nothing stopping you creating an adwords account, keyword lists, etc just to get used to it and you can make adverts and just put the ppc as cheap as possible for each ad.

I won't generate traffic but you'll see stats like quality scores for keywords linked to the pages which will help you improve SEO on the page.

Higher the quality score the less you'd pay for an advert so it pays to get it high.

Then you can look at setting a budget for each campaign, £5 a day to start, just to see how the adverts appear etc.

Unfortunately though, as far as I am aware, it's a pay to learn approach. I am lucky that I don't have to pay my employer does but I barely get time anymore.
